Traditional handwoven in a special Mayan interweave pattern that is made up of 1000's of strands of cotton cord that stretches and shapes perfectly to your body shape. King Hammock

Best for one, two or more persons. Large enough for the whole family to enjoy together, while still being the most comfortable hammock available even for one. The Mexican king size hammock is extra wide - great for tall people, and strong, holding up to 250kg. Providing all the space and comfort you could need.

Thick Cord Hammock

All our hammocks are 100% handmade by expert artisan hammock weavers in Mayan villages throughout the Yucatán, Mexico. Through hammock weaving, sustainable employment opportunities are created, whilst helping to keep alive the local Mayan community traditions.

Each hammock purchase helps contribute to growing 'Fundacion Cielo' a registered non-profit organisation working within these communities where there is often economic disparity and lack of employment opportunities to help drive social change, through alleviating poverty, improving health, education and gender equality.

Material

80/20 - Cotton/Nylon. Our range of Mexican hammocks are made from cotton (the body) and nylon cord (the suspension arms) for the best in hammock comfort and strength. Cotton corded hammocks have a very soft supportive feel as they stretch and shape perfectly to your body shape. The nylon suspension arms provide greater strength and durability.

Double, queen and king size hammocks are woven in fine soft cotton material that perfectly moulds to your body shape for optimal weight distribution, support and comfort.

Thick cord hammocks are woven from heavy duty cotton cord that is up to 4x thicker than standard cotton cord. Thick cord hammocks provide extra durability, excellent comfort and are a great option for families with children and in high use locations.

As each hammock is individually hand-woven care is taken to ensure accurate replicas of each image is created. However, due to the intricate detailing slight variations will occur from the exact images displayed. Colour discrepancies may also occur between this product and your computer screen.
